Fast Content Reporting

Editorial Contact

Small corrections are often the most useful ones. A broken link, an old screenshot, a confusing paragraph, or a missed detail can make a guide harder to use. We would rather know about it early than leave readers guessing.
A helpful correction message usually contains:
- The page title.
- The exact section with the issue.
- A short explanation of what seems wrong.
- A link or screenshot, if it helps.
This gives the editor enough context to find the problem without asking five follow-up questions.
| Message Type | Can We Review It? |
| Old screenshot | Yes |
| Broken page link | Yes |
| Confusing instruction | Yes |
| Lotus365 account issue | No |
| Deposit or withdrawal problem | No |
Our role is limited to the content on this website. We can review an article, but we cannot open a user account, check a transaction, or speak for Lotus365.
General Inquiries
Those questions are welcome when they relate to our content. We can clarify wording, explain how a section was written, or point out where readers should verify current details themselves. What we cannot do is act as Lotus365 support.
If the question is about an account login, OTP, payment delay, blocked profile, or platform decision, it needs to go to the service’s own support channel. An independent content site cannot see private account records.
Some messages are not complaints. A reader may ask why a guide avoids exact bonus numbers, why an app claim is written carefully, or why a betting term is explained in a cautious way.

Data Safety Guidelines
Please do not send private information while reporting a content issue. A correction request should help us review a page, not expose your account.
Keep these details out of any message:
- Passwords.
- OTP codes.
- UPI or bank details.
- Card numbers.
- KYC documents.
- Full account screenshots with private data.
If a screenshot is useful, crop it first or hide sensitive parts. A visible paragraph, button, or error message is usually enough for editorial review.
Response Expectations
We try to look at useful reports with care, but response time is not the same for every message. A spelling mistake is easy to check. A claim about a changed Lotus365 page may need comparison, source review, and sometimes a rewrite.
No reply should be treated as a promise that the platform issue will be solved. We can update our own content when a correction is valid, but we cannot guarantee changes on Lotus365, recover accounts, or speed up payments.
| What You Send | Why It Helps |
| Page URL | Shows where to check |
| Screenshot | Shows what you saw |
| Date noticed | Helps judge freshness |
| Short explanation | Saves review time |
| Private password | Not needed |
| OTP code | Not needed |
The best reports are short and specific. They show the issue clearly without including anything private.
Helpful Attachments
A message like “your article is wrong” is hard to act on. A message like “the screenshot under Registration no longer matches the current mobile menu” is much better.
When sending a report, attach only what helps:
- A clean screenshot.
- The page link.
- The outdated sentence or section name.
- One or two lines explaining the problem.
That is enough in most cases. If more detail is needed, it can be requested later, but sensitive account data should stay out of the conversation from the beginning.
